If we let: $f(x)= \frac{2}{x^{2}}$ $g(x)=3+x$ $h(x)=\sqrt{x}$ Then: $(f\circ g\circ h)(x)=f(g(h(x))=f(3+\sqrt{x})=\frac{2}{(3+\sqrt{x})^{2}}=G(x)$ Other answers are also possible.
