Timeline for Jack and Ma

Structure:

Between the first and second chapter, students should have a solid idea of what Ma’s life has been like for the last seven years. In this activity, students will work in groups to create a timeline.

Organize students into small groups of 2 or 3. Instruct them to use the Read Write Think Timeline to create a timeline of events in Ma’s (and Jack’s) life. Each group’s timeline should include at least 6 events.

Have students upload their timelines to the class blog.
