Objective:

Students will connect the multiple and overlapping connections characters have in the novel

Common Core Standards:

CCSS.ELA-LITERACY.SL.11-12.1

Structure:

For this activity, students will create a web, drawing connections between all the characters in the book to better understand their relationships to one another. Place the students into either pairs or small groups to begin their brainstorming. The students will need to create a list of all the characters mentioned in the novel.
