To have students consider the play, in both its written and performed formats, and discuss how it might be updated for a modern audience

Structure:

Watch the second act of the filmed versions of Godot offered in the Technology section of this lesson plan. Ask students to take notes on the following prompts as they watch:

1. Does this performance seem modern? What elements would change in a 21st-century performance of the play? Could technology be incorporated into the themes of the play?
