The young boy is going on an adventure in his house, and wherever he goes he finds strange creatures that fit their locations. For example, he finds the creature, Findow, in the windows. He is shown to be highly imaginative and curious young man.

These strange creatures take on a rhyming play on their location. For example, the creature that inhabit sthe chimney is known as the Quimney; the creature in the hall is known as Zall etc. these creatures have different traits, with some being scarier than others.
