To have students explore topics relating to the possibility of life on other planets, which is the basis for The War of the Worlds.

Structure:

The possibility of intelligent life on other planets continues to fascinate people. In this activity, students will break into groups, do research on a topic relating to the possibility of extraterrestrial life, and then give a brief presentation of their findings to the class.
