Throughout the study of Like Water for Chocolate, students with disabilities should have the option of using dictation software for writing assignments, text-to-speech software for reading assignments, and any other ADA-mandated technological accommodations.
Day 1: For the blogs, students will need ongoing internet and computer/tablet access daily for their blog entries. For the research project, students will use the internet to conduct research in groups as well as to prepare a presentation on a collaborative platform.
