Will gets Herzog out of jail and the two reconcile. Herzog goes back to the house in Martha’s Vineyard and discovers that animals have been living inside. Herzog slowly cleans it out and thinks about his situation.
Later, Will comes to visit and to help Herzog prepare to sell the house. He talks Herzog out of saving the house as a vacation home for the family. Will also tries to convince Herzog to check into a hospital, but Herzog refuses, afraid he’ll miss his children.
After Will leaves, Herzog begins restoring and cleaning the house, deciding to keep it. Ramona comes to make him dinner, and Herzog realizes he has nothing to...
