Students will be able to understand the influence of the author's life on their fiction

Structure:

As homework the night before, students should have researched Gabriel García Márquez's biography, including both primary and secondary sources. They should have collected at least five sources and written a brief paragraph describing each one. Have them bring these sources to class today, either printed out or saved to a flash drive or tablet.
