"I just don't seem to have the time anymore, Joey."
Stryker tells his son aboard the airplane that he just doesn't have the time to spend with him lately. This reveals the difficult times that they are experiencing, as Ted has been out of work for some time and hasn't been able to be truly present with his son.
"Nothing to be alarmed about. We'll get back to you quickly."
Janet says this to a pair of passengers who want to know what is going on. Her statement is an attempt to keep the passengers calm as the truth is there are no pilots left in the cockpit as they've been poisoned by their dinner.
"Ellen, we're going to make it. You've got to believe that."
Ted tells his wife that they are going to get off of the airplane safely. His statement says that he needs her to believe for him, as we've seen he is not a man who is stable in an aircraft after the war and the circumstances are weighing upon him. Thus, he needs her support in order to believe in himself.
