Why is Vanya so angry at Serebryakov?

Vanya has worked to keep up the property, to keep the farm functioning and turning a profit for 25 years, funding the professor's work and life. The estate doesn’t even really belong to Serebryakov - it belongs to Sonya, Vanya’s niece. Not to mention that Vanya gave up his share of his own inheritance so that his sister could buy the estate outright. Vanya feels he’s squandered his potential and that’s not Serebryakov’s fault, Vanya made his choices... but at the same time, Serebryakov does not seem to care at all how his actions affect others and is happy to exploit and take advantage of those around him.
