Professor Lorenzo Marcus
Professor Marcus in the Brenin Kingdom is known as Loren Silvercloak. When he came on earth, he was stationed as a professor at the University of Toronto. Marcus has traveled from Fionavar to earth to convince five university students to accompany him to the King's 50th anniversary.
However, the primary objective of Professor Marcus is to take the five students, Paul, Jennifer, Dave, Kimberly, and Kevin, to help fight the evil forces that have haunted the KingdomKingdom for centuries. Professor Lorenzo convinces these students that they discover their destinies once they arrive in Fionavar. Therefore, these students gladly join Loren in the new land of Fionavar.
Kimberly Ford
Kimberly Ford is one of the five students of the University of Toronto who accompanies Loren to Fionavar. Kimberly is an intern in the hospital, and when she hears of the opportunity of traveling to a foreign land to accompany their professor, she gladly accepts the offer. When they arrive in Fionavar, Kimberly comes across a sanctified lake where she discovers that her destiny is to become a Seer.
Kevin Lane
Kevin is a student at Toronto University, and he is among the five students accompanying Loren to celebrate the 50th universe of King Ailell. Kevin was once Jennifer's lover. When they arrive in Fionavar, Kevin interacts with Prince Diarmuid, and he becomes his devoted follower.
Dave Martyniuk
Dave is a law student at Toronto University and is among the students heading to Fionavar. Dave is also a member of the basketball team. Upon arrival in Fionavar, Dave gets lost from his fellow crew and finds himself in the middle of the horse-riding tribes people.
Jennifer Lowell
Jennifer is a Toronto University student; she once was Kevin's lover. She accompanies the other four students in Loren's Matt to Fionavar to play a critical role in fighting the evil powers that have crippled the Kingdom. While in the new land, Jennifer is shocked when she encounters supremacy wars between the gods and goddesses.
Paul Schafer
Paul is a lonely man grieving his late girlfriend, Rachel, and he is a student at Toronto University. Paul is also heading to Fionavar alongside his four colleagues to help Loren solve the evil forces affecting the Kingdom. When they arrive in Fionavar, Paul interacts with the High King and plays chess together. Paul learns how to determine the price of power and heads to the Summer Tree to get his definitive test of fortitude.
High King Aillen
The King is celebrating his 50th anniversary, and he has requested Loren to bring five university students to help him fight the evil destroying his Kingdom. Aillen's Kingdom is in despair and on the verge of collapse. The King is not ready to offer himself as a sacrifice to save his Kingdom.
