Does Bolton think that Trump is capable of being President of the United States?
Former national security advisor to President Trump John Bolton makes a concerted effort to tell readers that he feels that Trump isn't capable of being the President. Not only is he incompetent, Bolton argues, he is incredibly foolish. For example, one time, Bolton claimed that Trump asked if Finland was part of Russia and if the United Kingdom was a nuclear power - something which it has been for over a half of a century.

How does Bolton allege that Trump broke the law?
Bolton alleges that President Trump broke the law in a number of ways. For one, he says that Trump's called with Ukrainian President Zalinski was not "perfect" as Trump had claimed. Bolton also says that Trump asked President Xi Jinping to help him win the 2020 Election. Wrote Bolton: "[Trump] [pleaded] with Xi to ensure he'd win. [Trump] stressed the importance of farmers, and increased Chinese purchases of soybeans and wheat in the electoral outcome."
Bolton also claims that Trump had far too much power in various U.S. Justice Department investigations, particularly those that investigated Chinese and Turkish banks and companies.
