    Nazism and Baobabs

    Objective:

    Students will explore the symbolism of baobabs within "The Little Prince" and understand their connection with Nazism.

    Common Core Standards:

    Structure:

    In chapter V, the narrator learns that the prince's home planet is infested by baobab seeds. There are good seeds and bad seeds, but baobab seeds are bad. They're bad because baobabs can get so big they would destroy the little prince's planet.
