Objective:

Students will analyze a passage from the text and write their own original fictional scene.

Structure:

For this activity, refer to the passage in Chapter 15 which begins, “‘Oh, children,’ said the Lion, ‘I feel my strength coming back to me’” and goes through “The two girls, breathless but unhurt, found themselves tumbling off his back in the middle of a wide stone courtyard full of statues.”
