We know that $Nsin{\theta}=\frac{mv^2}{r}$............eq(1) and $Ncos{\theta}$=mg...........eq(2) Dividing eq(1) by eq(2), we obtain: $tan{\theta}=\frac{v^2}{rg}$ This can be rearranged as: $\frac{v^2}{r}=gtan{\theta}$ $\implies a=gtan{\theta}$ We plug in the known values to obtain: $a=(10)(\frac{1}{2})$ $a=5\frac{m}{s^2}$
