Please note that the graph of the function $y=-3 \sin 2\pi x +2$ (the red graph) is the graph of the function $y=-3 \sin 2\pi x$ (the blue graph) shifted up two units. The period of the graph is $\frac{2\pi }{2\pi }=1$.
