To examine Plath’s use of metaphors and think about how metaphors can communicate information

Structure:
Each student should pick one of the five poems from today’s reading. For their poem, they should write a two-column list of every metaphor in their poem, with the two columns representing the objects that are being compared to one another in the metaphor.
