"I guess the big question is, who do you want to see go first? You? Or them?"
Spurlock asks this questions of the viewers. He is making a declaration with this film that the fast food industry is killing us, and it is our decision as to who will die first us or the industry.
"I don't know. George W. Bush?"
Spurlock is holding up pictures for children to see in order that they can guess who the person in the photograph is. One child guesses that the picture is of George W. Bush, it is actually of Jesus. The point he is making with this is that the children go on to know exactly who Ronald McDonald is, who Wendy is from Wendy's. That our knowledge has shrunk to who advertises to us the most.
"I consumed over thirty pounds of sugar. That's an average of a pound of sugar a day."
Morgan tells us that, in his 30 day period of eating solely from the McDonald's menu, he has consumed an enormous amount of sugar within the confines of his fast food diet. The load is enough to set him on a collision course with major health problems.
