The film follows Scrooge, an old bitter man who hates Christmas, as he is visited by the ghosts of Christmas past, present and future who radically shift his perspective about life and Christmas. His life is forever changed and this allows for him to change the lives of those in his life in a positive way as his heart has unthawed. Scrooge is one of many film adaptations of Charles Dickens' classic novel about the heart of Christmas, forgiveness and redemption.
