Students will be able to delve more deeply into the rhinoceros as a metaphor for fascism

Structure:
Continue discussing with students how the rhinoceros metaphor has evolved. There's now an ethical dimension to it: Berenger argues that one needs to be human to reason morally, and Jean argues that there exists a "primeval integrity" before he becomes a rhinoceros, and that that itself may be more moral. Review the vocabulary word with the students, and then ask what they think Jean means by "primeval integrity."
