Character Profiling

Kind of Activity:

Creative Writing

Objective:

Students will analyze the characters by creating social media profiles.

Common Core Standards:

CCSS.ELA-LITERACY.RL.11-12.3

Structure:

To start the activity, lead students through a short discussion about the characters. Ask them who their favorite character is so far? Who is their least favorite? Who is the most sympathetic? Who do they feel they know better than all the characters? Allow students to share different feelings and try to get as many opinions as possible in the discussion.
