No One Is Too Small to Make a Difference is a book of the collected speeches of Swedish teenager Greta Thunberg (there are eleven of her speeches included in the book). All of her speeches involve the grave threat climate change poses to the Earth. She warns of the potential consequences of climate change and works to inspire change in humans across the world to help stop climate change.
Thunberg has made speeches in some of the worlds most important places: the UN Climante Conference in 2018; the World Economics Form in Davos, Switzerland in 2019; at Facebook in Stockholm in 2019; and in front of U.K.'s Parliament in 2019. Some of her speeches include "Prove Me Wrong" and "I'm Too Young to Do This." However, her most popular speech is "Our House is On Fire," which she delivered to the World Economic Forum in Davos.
Upon release, No One Is Too Small to Make a Difference received solid, albeit unspectacular reviews. Although many people loved the book, some reviewers have made accusations of hypocrisy: that Thunberg's supporters drove to her speeches and to climate protests in gas-guzzling minivans. Rachel Hewitt of The Guardian, however, offered a different perspective on Greta's speeches. She very much liked the speeches and said that "The speeches of a young climate crisis activist who inspired global school strikes are sobering but tentatively hopeful."
