    Progressive Performance Day 5: Presentation

    Kind of Activity:

    Long-term Project

    Objective:

    Students will present the culmination of their work on the preparation and performance of a scene from the play.

    Common Core Standards:

    CCSS.ELA-Literacy.RL.9-10.7; CCSS.ELA-Literacy.W.9-10.7

    Structure:

    Ask students to prepare their videos for viewing by the class. Before they share their videos, ask students to explain their interpretive choices. For example, if a group decided to set the play in the modern day, ask them to explain why they did so, making particular note of what they did and didn't change from the original scene to meet the requirements of their interpretation....
