    Describe Stevenson and O'Connor's visit with Ralph Myers. What do they discover?

    Myers is much older, frailer, and more vulnerable than Stevenson expects. He has clearly suffered during his imprisonment and is regretting the decisions he made and lies he told. Furthermore, he has been attending a group therapy class that has motivated him to be honest and face his problems. Myers confesses to Stevenson and O'Connor what they already expected—that his entire testimony was a lie, told under pressure from Sheriff Tate.
