What are all the forms of weather James and his friends see the Cloud-Men make? How do they do it?

The group sees the Cloud-Men making a variety of forms of weather.

• Hailstones: They grab handfuls of clouds and roll them with their fingers until they turn into large white marbles. They then shovel it down to earth.

• Rainbows: It's a massive, cloud-colored arch. The Cloud-Men use huge brushes and paint the colors onto the rainbow with quick-drying paint. They then lower it down to the earth with ropes.

• Rain: They turn on faucets to open the rain in the clouds and send showers down to earth.

• Snow: The Cloud-Men use a snow machine. They just need to turn the handle...
