It Comes at Night Irony

It Comes at Night Irony

Helping

Paul and Sarah let Will and his family come into their home in order to help them survive. Ironically, they must kill the family as they believe their son to be infected, and Travis becomes ill and dies as well.

Nightmare

Travis has a nightmare that his grandfather has returned from the dead. Ironically, he's woken up by his mother and told that there is someone breaking into the house.

No One

Will tells Paul that he traveled through the woods to find their home and saw no one on the way. Ironically, only minutes into their journey to Will's family they are shot at by two men who are trying to kill them.

Open Door

Everyone believes that Travis opened the front door when Stanley is found. Ironically, the door was already open when Travis got up. Someone else opened it and no one knows who it was.

Another Dream

Travis is having another nightmare about his dog. He wakes up to blood coming out of his mouth. Ironically, he is having multiple nightmares within nightmares as his fear has become deeply embedded.
