Julia mentioned very early in the novel how much Olga loved her job as a receptionist— in part because, as it turns out, she was dating a doctor at her work. Julia mentioned that Olga was smiling right before she died, and was texting someone. Knowing she was texting Dr. Castillo, that information now makes sense. Students might also bring up more subtle things, like the fact that Olga and Julia weren't close anymore.
