What is significant about the games Bonnie chooses to play?

Several times in the play, Bonnie is shown mimicking her surroundings in her play. Children pick up what they see happening around them, and Bonnie picks up the fact that a lot of children get sick in her reality. It makes sense, then, that she plays by pretending a baby has died and makes it a coffin. This is significant because it shows another level of darkness and sadness in the situation.
