Clare is a quiet girl who prefers to be alone most of the time, but her friend, Stella, is outgoing and loves fun and adventure. One day, Stella convinces Clare to attend a Halloween party which she accepts unwillingly. Stella persuades Clare that they should experience their last year of high school in full because they will be graduating soon. At the party, Clare meets Aiden, a self-assured high school champion and musician with an alluring look that Clare could hardly resist. Clare does not want to fall in love, but deep down in her heart, she wants Aiden to be her boyfriend. While at the party, Aiden takes the stage to perform a karaoke song that leaves the crowd oozing and cheering loudly. After the concert, Aiden expresses his interest in Clare, and she approves of him, paving the way for their romance.

What is the conflict between Aiden and his parents?

Aiden comes from a stable family because his parents are medical doctors, and they can provide anything he wants.
