But, on the contrary, the woman and the three men live in harmony without judging each other based on sexuality.

The book revolves around gender roles in a patriarchal society that requires women to take inferior responsibilities. Ironically, the title character in 'Daughter' is a girl with unique and superior computer programming skills which any male in society does not possess. However, the girl's father does not want to reveal to society that his daughter is an expert in computer programming because he wants to protect his son's reputation.
