The Kolker develops a tendency to violently lash out at verbally abuse the people in his company. This is immediately seen after the accident takes place when he is at the doctor's office. At random times, he shouts verbal abuse at the doctor seemingly unprompted. The Kolker is very apologetic and does not seem to know what has come over him.
