The third novel "Eclipse" of the Twilight Saga is the most dynamic among other novels. In any case, certainly more dynamic than the first two novels. In "Twilight" we only get to know the main characters, the half of which (the werewolves) do not appear at all. "New Moon" is just one continuous swamp. In the third book "Eclipse", there is a lot of movements and many interesting characters, on which Meyer draws our attention.
For example, the reader can simply fall in love with a pack of the werewolves, which somehow begin to reveal, as well as in the soldier Jasper and suddenly in Rosalie, whose story touches the hearts of readers. In general, the interaction of characters among themselves pleases the reader's soul here. Of course, "Eclipse" is somehow different in stylistic terms – the language of Meyer is still poor, although there is progress in comparison with the first and second novels. In any case, during reading, the reader can imagine the pictures and images of the novel before his/her eyes. If you want to be acquainted with the story of Edward and Bella, you need not only read the book, but also try to imagine their whole world.
While reading there may not be enough brightness. Meyer wanted to succeed and therefore she gave her vampires humanity and kindness, she made a gray mouse out of the beautiful heroine Bella and a sweet dog out of a furious werewolf Jacob. The reader would not refuse the passionate and bright moments of the plot and would be happy to think about – Is Edward still good or not? Does Jacob love Bella or just want her? Does Bella love or is she just flattered? There is no flight of fancy – everything is clear and there is no other way. Everyone has pure love; everyone believes in good, everything will be good someday later.
This book of the Twilight Saga is a kind of the link of all the following events and it serves as a sort of springboard for the preparation of the finale. Here, many storylines are collected together. The unsaid details are uncovered (the details are necessary for understanding what is happening): the story of werewolves with all their nuances, dependencies and other characteristics; the previously unknown facts about the properties of vampires; the detailed biography of Rosalie and Jasper for understanding of their actions and additional information about the Volturi and much more.
This part of the Twilight Saga will constantly slip your memory. There are no important events here. The reader can consider it is insignificant and completely unremarkable! However, after reading this book will be favorite. The severity of the plot is not in the battle between the newborns and the Cullens, and not even in the battle with Victoria and her severed head. It is in Bella's feelings, which she describes so brightly and colorfully to us! In general, "Eclipse" is a textbook for girls in difficult situations with their young boyfriends. In this book, readers learn how to fall in love without memory, lose a loved one and continue to live, how to fall in love with a friend and even love two boys at the same time. In life, we meet with such daily problems. Unfortunately, we do not have such a cheerful and forgiving Edward, who will love us, even despite kisses with others.
