Decisions and Dissents of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is a biographical book based around the notable legal career of the Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. The book was edited by Corey Brettschneider and published by Penguin Liberty on 8th September 2020.

The biography is based around Ginsburg’s own words and focuses on some of her most prominent statements and actions throughout her trailblazing career. The book also touches on the prominent cases she was involved in, including Bush v. Gore (2000), Lily Ledbetter v. Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (2007), Shelby County v. Holder (2013), Burwell v. Hobby Lobby (2014). Throughout the book we also get a glimpse into Ginsburg’s views on equal rights for women, civil rights and reproductive rights.

Booklist commented that "Brettschneider reminds us that the right to dissent is essential to freedom. Ginsburg's clear and frequently evocative language in her court opinions makes full use of this right." Brettschneider himself is a professor of political science at Brown University and frequently focuses his works on the constitutional issues of the US.
