War
War is a major component of the plot line. The Wranaui declare war upon the humans after Kira unleashes the Maw, an evil entity intent on destroying all worlds. They believe the power of the Soft Blade in human hands is reckless and will result in the destruction of all worlds. As such, they believe war to be the only answer in ensuring their own safety as a race.
Weapons
The Soft blade is a form of advanced nanotechnology that has existed since the ancient time. It is clear that, before the westernization and industrialization of the world, there existed advanced technologies that people have still not been able to attain. However, this technology has been used a s basis to fuel wars as the different species fight over who it rightfully belongs to.
Evil
The Soft Blade is accidentally damaged and corrupted to turn into the malevolent entity, the Maw. The Maw goes on to destroy planets and form its own set of super soldiers, known as the Corrupted. However, in the end, Kira is able to appease the Maw and take control over, revealing that evil is able to be overthrown by good.
