Semantics

Ownership of property which has been returned to the estate as a result of an absence of rightful heirs

Illegitimate or inauthentic

Braggadocio

Melodramatic boasting of an empty nature

Canonization

In literature, the process of adding published works to a list considered essential to academic study

Harangue

An especially impassioned public rant directed against a person or idea

Rudimentary

Comprising that which qualifies as the minimum considered necessary
