Khalid Farah Himself

Khalid is the first White Helmet volunteer introduced in the documentary and plays himself. He has a wife and daughter and takes part in the documentary to draw attention to the work that the White Helmets do.

Abu Omar Himself

Also a volunteer for The White Helmets, Abu Omar used to work as a blacksmith before joining the organization. He first featured in The White Helmets in 2016, and then also featured in a film called Last Men in Aleppo in 2017.

Mohammed Farah Himself

Mohammed features in this documentary, which aired in 2016. He details the rescue missions that The White Helmets take part in, even telling the story of Syria's "miracle baby," found under the rubble in Aleppo after a bomb attack.
