Rabbit
We watch as Neo sees as rabbit tattoo on a young woman who has accompanied a man paying Neo for programming work. The image relates to Alice following the rabbit down the whole eventually making into Wonderland. In the same way Neo is doing exactly this until he is no longer in the Matrix but the real world.
Agent Smith
Smith takes out his ear piece in order to interrogate Morpheus, and we watch as he continues to press into him. The imagery reveals that Agent Smith is not like the other agents, while he follows order he has figured out that there is something more available to him that he won't find being simply an Agent and this imagery reveals this ambition in him to be more.
Love
Trinity kisses Neo on the Nebuchadnezzar just before the Sentinels get to them, and Neo is revived. This imagery reveals how when everything around a couple is falling apart they have the opportunity to forgive one another and continue to live.
Agents
Neo moves in order to dodge the bullets shot at him by an Agent on a rooftop. The imagery shows him moving nearly as fast as the agents do to avoid the bullets. It reveals that he has heightened his abilities far beyond anything he even imagined he could do. This gives the audience the need to continue to hold on to the hope that Neo is going to become The One.
