The boy tries to find answers which could explain his mother’s actions, but fails to do that. He also has to deal with a large number of problems caused by his insecurity.

Roerva Pelzer is a mother of Dave. The woman cuts Dave off after the trial which leaves the boy with a large number of unanswered questions.
