The Boy
The boy has been asked by his mother to do some chores while she is out. However, things don't go to plan after the Cat in the Hat turns up.
The Cat's friends
The cat reveals that he has a group of other cats living in his hat. They also cause mischief, before helping them to clean up the mess before the boy's mother returns home.
