We can see that the lengths of one pair of opposite sides of the parallelogram have equal lengths. This means that they are congruent. Next, we will compute the lengths of the diagonals of the parallelogram. $RT= \sqrt {(-2-3)^2 + (-3-2)^2}=\sqrt {50}$ and $SV = \sqrt {(4-(-3))^2 + (0-(-1))^2}=\sqrt{50}$ Therefore, the given parallelogram is a rectangle with two pairs of opposite congruent sides and whose diagonals are congruent as well.
