Answer

$y=3x+1$

Work Step by Step

Let $(x_{1},y_{1})=(1,4)$ and $(x_{2},y_{2})=(3,10)$ Slope $m= \frac{y_{2}-y_{1}}{x_{2}-x_{1}}=\frac{10-4}{3-1}=\frac{6}{2}=3$ Point-slope form is $y-y_{1}=m(x-x_{1})$ Substituting the values, we get $y-4=3(x-1)$ $\implies y=3x-3+4=3x+1$ The equation of line is $y=3x+1$
