$w$ greater than or equal to $-7$: $$w\geq-7$$ $w$ no less than $-7$: $$w\geq-7$$ $w$ no more than $-7$: $$w\leq-7$$ $w$ at least $-7$: $$w\geq-7$$ So, the third statement is different.
