Students will be able to discuss Sula’s and Nel’s guilt in the death of Chicken Little and practice arguing a point

Structure:

Tell the class that they are putting Sula and Nel on trial for the murder of Chicken Little. Divide the class into two equal groups and assign each group randomly to either the prosecution or defense; the defense can choose to represent either Sula or Nel, or split into groups to defend both.
