Students will be able to write poetry emulating author's writing style.

Structure:

Have students read the poetry of Hermann Hesse at Hello Poetry. Consider having students set up accounts so that they can engage in the interactive elements of that site.

Ask them to identify any lines in the poems they read that remind them of the story they are reading.
