    Objective:

    Students will learn about Faulkner's invented Yoknapatawpha County and identify where certain stories take place within this setting.

    Structure:

    At this point, students have noticed the same places being mentioned throughout Faulkner's stories (Jefferson, Frenchman's Bend), and the same family names as well (Compson, Snopes, Sartoris).
