Who leads Prometheus to the ravine? What is the effect of this?

Prometheus is lead to the spot where his torture will take place by Power and Force, who are accompanied by Hephaestus. Neither the text of the play nor the stage directions make it very clear who Power and Force are, or what they would look like, but their names indicate that they are meant to embody their abstractions. Force never speaks in the play, while Power encourages Hephaestus and gives instructions for Prometheus's binding. These abstractions let us know immediately some of the themes the play will deal with.
