Objective:

To explore modern adaptations of the Othello story

Structure:

Screen a modern film adaptation of Othello, or perhaps segments from several adaptations. Try to include traditional presentations of the story as well as modernized versions, such as 2001's O or the 1997 film Kaliyattam, which sets the story in India.

Questions for discussion after the film(s) might include:
