The scooterwalla has a very carefree and almost fatalistic attitude. He believes that his fate is in place and nothing he does will change it, so he doesn't worry about driving dangerously. As a man, the scooterwalla is comfortable with living in a predetermined state, but the women feel trapped by it and push back against it.
