Fences Lesson Plan

Bringing in Technology

Throughout the study of Fences, technology such as text-to-speech and dictation software should be used to support those who have ADA-mandated disability accommodations.

Most daily assignments require access to the internet, either in class or at home in preparation for class. A Smartboard, document-sharing software, and/or a projector will be needed for most daily assignments, as they include class-wide discussions/work (Days 3, 4, and 5), the viewing of instructional materials (Day 3, 4, and 5), the viewing of a film adaptation (Day 3), and the presentation of student work (Day 5).
